2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
1 pt. strawberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
First wash and dry the strawberries. Make sure they are totally dry before dipping. So important!
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small microwave bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until they are completely melted.
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and place carefully on the baking sheet.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. (approx. 30 minutes).
